Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable items like treats, food, and supplements are not eligible for return once opened.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at info@goodboyjacks.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at:

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If exchanging, we’ll ship your new item after receiving your return.

Damaged/Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
